Please read all of the below.....
1. Contact us via email prior to returning an item.

2. Items purchased over 30 days are non refundable
3. Returned items much be in original condition... IE. Unopened
4. Cut wools are non refundable
5. Due to copywriting Patterns and Books are non refundable
6. No restocking fees - Just a wonderful credit to be used anytime in the future.
7. Return due to an error on our part... expect a credit to be processed back to you within 5 - 7 business after the parcel is received by Ewe and Mee Wool Company. Note that after we process the credit it can take your credit card company up to 4 weeks to reflect the credit on your card.
8. All Sale items are final
* Note... If the reason for the return is our error we we will pay the shipping for the item to be returned.
If not you will be responsible for the return postage.
